Returns, refunds & exchange

We strongly believe that you will be satisfied with Duong product.

If for some reason you are not, you have 15 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused.

We do not proceed any refunds/exchange in case the item has been broken, or if it’s used or incomplete.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns, exchange for:

• Custom or personalized orders (i.e: resized ring, customized modelling products).
• Items on sale. The purchases of sale items are final.
