- A Gem identification report (by Gem Center Lab Hanoi) will be supplied (free of charge) upon request for items with value above USD 1,000 (one thousand USD). Please fill in the note section in the Checking out page in case you need one.

- Should you have any special requirement for gem certification (i.e: GIA certification), please tell us by filling in the note section in the Checking out page, we will contact you for further info.
